Courses are for those wishing to learn more about mental health and wellness without the commitment to therapy treatment. Courses are short term, cost less than individual or group therapies, and give you the opportunity to learn and practice a little bit of what you might receive in a therapeutic treatment setting.

This course is for anyone working within an animal welfare based environment who needs support and education surrounding their own wellness. We all have heard about filling our own cup in order to serve, but what does that look like? How do we manage our own responses to the crisis, stress, compassion fatigue, grief, burn out, & trauma that are an everyday part of our jobs? How do we give ourselves the support that we lack from society? If you've ever had these questions, this course is for you.
This is a 10 week course that you can join as an individual to gain insight, coping skills, and support. You can pay $40 per class or $400 for the class in its entirety up front. If the course is paid in full by one week prior to the start date, you can receive a 10% discount making the entire course $360.
If you would like to join the next course as an individual, contact me to be placed on the waitlist.
These courses are designed to be tailored to the needs of specific animal welfare organizations and veterinary settings. Get in touch if you would like to schedule a consultation to see how this course can serve your workplace. I can offer virtual or in person services for your work place. These services can be in individual workshop settings or "a la carte" offerings based on wellness topic needed per work place (ie: a one hour workshop on compassion fatigue).
